What's New?Homemade Remedies and Cleaners
* Air Freshener. To absorb odors, place bowls of vinegar, or baking soda around the house. Be sure to keep them out of the reach of children and pets! To make the air more fragrant, use essential oils or boiled herbs. To make boiled herbs, simply choose any herb or spice the smell of which you enjoy and boil it in water for a few minutes until the heat causes it to release its odor. Let it cool a little and put it out in a bowl. You can also add salt to discourage the growth of fungus.
* Drain Cleaner. Use hair and food traps to keep the drain from getting clogged. If it does become clogged, try the following recipe. First, pour about 1/2 cup of baking soda down the sink. Then add at least a cup of vinegar. It will start to fizz. Put the cover over the drain. Finish up by rinsing the drain with a mixture of boiling water and salt. You might have to repeat the whole procedure more than once. *

Well I've met all kinds of people in these years of mine!
Recently I've made friends that I would like the chance to go out to the mall with.
Being a prankster at heart myself would love it.
they do things like being on a crowded escalator and she
would yell "Stop following me,or I'll call the cops!"
He will take a few steps closer and say "Go ahead".
And maybe going up to the check out lane while the other is in line setting something,like milk or detergent down,walking off saying "let him pay for it!"

A few years ago I stood in a busy check out line at Walmart where my friend worked.I started complaining that she must be the slowest checker in town.That it was ridiculous.Another one in front of me went along with it and said,he had been there since yesterday.
She quipped up and said we could take it up with the manager.I smiled and said"You could be replaced by a monkey who would be faster!"Of course noone knew we were friends.
Another incident one of my best friends and hubby were in the grocery store,when I was.We followed each other around wen we got to the check out he said it wasn't every day he got to shop with both wives!I thought the checker would faint!She really believed us and asked another checked if it was true.The next week I was in with my hubby and son,she looked at us and grinned embarrassed.I said here is my other husband and asked which one did she think the child belonged to.
